The knowledge and understanding of political events from history as well as the free, unconditional and truth-oriented analysis of current fears in Eurasia makes it possible to lead the European continent towards a peaceful future. Understanding, that Russia belongs to Europe is the first and, at the same time, the most important step in this process. This fundamental understanding is the precondition for the survival of the European Union and therefore of Europe. It is only through this basic understanding that a continental peace order, a European security structure and an “axis of peace” are possible, both internally and externally.

C: Description / Justification
Europe is a peace project! The planned and, to some extent, achieved democratic and free Union is only the beginning of the pacification of the European continent and of the European soul. The idea of the European Union has taken an important first step in this direction. The next step is the establishment of the 'Common House of Europe', in the sense of an idea in which the peoples and nations of Europe - from Portugal to the Urals, from Lisbon to Vladivostok - can live in peace. In addition to the countries of today's European Union, this "Common House Europe" also included the Russian Federation. This is imperative from a historical and cultural point of view alone. Russia and Europe are united not only by a cultural, social and religious bond, but - above all with Germany - also by a strong family bond, for the ruling families of the tsarist empire were linked to Western Europe by family ties until the "October Revolution of 1917". Germany is partly responsible for the murder of the tsarist family around Tsar Nicholas II. Today's EU would not have been possible without the goodwill of the former Soviet Union! The unification of the two German states (FRG and GDR) was an important prerequisite for the "unification" of the nations under one roof. Today's Germany - and above all political Berlin - should not forget this, because the united German people are deeply indebted to Russia! Furthermore, we must remember the historical end of the Second World War, in that there is still no peace treaty, but we are merely living in a state of truce. Even if here, incomprehensibly, the "experts" are not unanimous!

Today it is necessary to break through the power ambitions of a war-willing new European - and "old" US - geopolitics and urgently to establish the next step for a lasting "axis of peace" on the already blood-soaked European soil. A continent that can be called the "battlefield of the world". No continent on this planet has been founded and defended with more blood duty than the continent of Europe. An "axis of peace", a "Europe of the fatherlands", free from any patronage of the United States of America, in which Russia renounces communism and socialism and professes its historical ties with Europe. This alone is the path that must be taken in order to achieve European emancipation and emancipation from "old alliances". A free and democratic concept of peaceful coexistence based on a strategic, geopolitical balance of all powers. Europe as the political hull of the world order, supported by two political wings. The United States of America and by "Mother Russia" (cf. Ulrike Guérot "Endspiel Europa. Warum das politische Projekt Europa gescheitert ist - und wie wir wieder davon träumen können", 2022).

Finally, two historical events should be mentioned as a warning: the so-called "hot autumn" of 1983, when Soviet officer Stanislav Petrov saw a supposed US nuclear strike as a false alarm, and only two months later, when the Soviet Union considered NATO's "Able Archer 83" maneuver to be a covert attack by the West.

¡Europa es un proyecto de paz! La Unión democrática y libre prevista y lograda hasta cierto punto es sólo el comienzo de la pacificación del continente europeo y del alma europea. La idea de la Unión Europea ha dado un primer paso importante en esa dirección. El siguiente paso es la construcción de la "Casa Común de Europa", en el sentido de una idea en la que los pueblos y naciones de Europa -desde Portugal hasta los Urales, desde Lisboa hasta Vladivostok- puedan vivir en paz. Ha llegado el momento de iniciar un tratado de paz como el que firmaron Alemania y Francia en 1963. En el Palacio del Elíseo, en el futuro Europa con Rusia. Un «tratado de paz entre Europa y Rusia».

La Federación Rusa formaba parte de esta "Casa Común de Europa", además de los Estados de la actual Unión Europea. Esto es imperativo por sí solo desde el punto de vista histórico y cultural. Rusia y Europa unen no sólo un vínculo cultural, social y religioso, sino también -sobre todo con Alemania- un fuerte vínculo familiar, ya que las familias gobernantes del Imperio zarista estaban unidas a Europa occidental por vínculos familiares hasta la Revolución de Octubre de 1917. Alemania es cómplice del asesinato de la familia zarista del zar Nicolás II. (Nikolás Alejandrovich Romanov) en Ekaterinburgo en 1918, así como de los atroces acontecimientos de los años siguientes. ¡Vladimir Ilyich Lenin!

La UE actual no habría sido posible sin la buena voluntad de la antigua Unión Soviética. La unificación de los dos Estados alemanes (RFA y RDA) fue una condición importante para la "unificación" de las naciones bajo un mismo techo. La Alemania de hoy -y sobre todo el Berlín político- no debería olvidarlo, porque el pueblo alemán unido está profundamente en deuda con Rusia. Además, hay que recordar el final histórico de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, en el sentido de que todavía no existe un tratado de paz, sino que simplemente vivimos en un estado de alto el fuego. ¡Aunque, incomprensiblemente, los "expertos" no estén unánimemente de acuerdo!

Hoy se trata de romper las ambiciones de poder de una nueva geopolítica europea y "vieja" norteamericana y de establecer urgentemente el próximo paso hacia un "eje de paz" duradero en el suelo europeo, ya muy ensangrentado. Un continente que puede llamarse el «campo de batalla del mundo». Ningún continente en este planeta fue fundado y defendido con más sangre que el continente europeo. Un "eje de paz", una "Europa de las Patrias", libre de toda tutela de los Estados Unidos de América, en la que Rusia renuncia al comunismo y al socialismo y profesa su vínculo histórico con Europa. Sólo este es el camino que hay que seguir para hacer realidad la emancipación de Europa y la emancipación de las "viejas alianzas". Un concepto libre y democrático de coexistencia pacífica basado en un equilibrio estratégico y geopolítico de todas las potencias. Europa como casco político del orden mundial, sostenida por dos alas políticas. El de los Estados Unidos de América y el de la "Madre Rusia" (cf. Ulrike Guérot "Endspiel Europa. Warum das politische Projekt Europa gescheitert ist - und wie wir wieder davon träumen können", 2022)

Por último, hay que recordar dos acontecimientos históricos como advertencia: el llamado "otoño caliente" de 1983, cuando el oficial soviético Stanislav Petrov interpretó un supuesto ataque nuclear de Estados Unidos como una falsa alarma, y sólo dos meses después, cuando la Unión Soviética consideró la maniobra de la OTAN "Able Archer 83" como un ataque oculto de Occidente.
